    REYNOLDSVILLE — A Brockway woman faces charges including attempted murder after she allegedly shot at another person inside a residence in Snyder Township, Jefferson County, on Wednesday. Christina Michelle Bundy, 48, was also charged with aggravated assault, a felony, as well as misdemeanor counts of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed Wednesday at District Judge Inzana’s office in Reynoldsville.

    PUNXSUTAWNEY — A Clarion man targeted in an 814 Pred Hunters investigation in his hometown later confessed to having sexually abused a juvenile in Punxsutawney, borough police said in a court filing on Wednesday. The Punxsutawney Borough Police Department charged Jeremy R. Harris, 23, with three counts each of first-degree misdemeanor indecent assault, second-degree misdemeanor indecent assault, and third-degree felony unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors.

    BROOKVILLE — The speed limit when traveling through the North Fork bridge project on Interstate 80 in Brookville will be reduced to 60 mph after county officials raised safety concerns. Tracy Zents, director of emergency services, made the announcement this week. The speed limit had been 70 mph.
