In addition to being dark meat, which is chock full of rich flavor, turkey necks contain a lot of collagen. Collagen adds depth and excels at thickening anything from broths to stew gravies.

If you’re unfamiliar, grilled cheese burritos are possibly the best version of a beef burrito ever made. They have seasoned beef, rice, and other must-haves, including lettuce, tomato, and nacho cheese, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

Golden and crispy on the outside, sweet and tender on the inside, fried corn on the cob is nothing short of a delight. It’s the perfect accompaniment to any main dish. When fresh corn enters my home, fried corn on the cob is a must. A particular fast-food chain has made it famous, but I prefer to make it myself because I can fry as much as I want for the price of a 10-piece with extra butter on the side for dipping. This side dish is an experience.
