Smoked cream cheese is the perfect addition to your next barbecue. Toss a block of cream cheese coated in spices onto your smoker for an incredible appetizer that’s as easy as it is delicious!Smoked cream cheese is exactly what it sounds like: cream cheese that’s been placed on the smoker so those flavors are infused into the cheese.

These stewed turkey necks are cooked to fall-apart tender perfection in a rich, hearty gravy. For a complete meal, serve with rice, quinoa, or potatoes. This is by far one of my favorite ways to cook turkey necks. The necks are treasure troves of flavor and have more meat on them than you might think. Golden and crispy on the outside, sweet and tender on the inside, fried corn on the cob is nothing short of a delight. It’s the perfect accompaniment to any main dish. When fresh corn enters my home, fried corn on the cob is a must. A particular fast-food chain has made it famous, but I prefer to make it myself because I can fry as much as I want for the price of a 10-piece with extra butter on the side for dipping. This side dish is an experience.

Creamy, dreamy ice cream without churning is possible, and this cottage cheese ice cream is proof! Who knew cottage cheese could make such a tasty frozen treat? After seeing the viral cottage cheese ice cream circulating on the internet, I had to try my hand at it, and wow, it is good. Honestly, I had doubts because of the curds, but once blended until smooth, it freezes into a yummy frozen dessert. Then, the add-ins join the mix. This time, I settled on Biscoff cookies and a peanut butter swirl.
