CJ Daniels, LSU wide receiver, is making an impact on and off the football field. CJ and his mother Natalie Beavers, epilepsy survivor, worked with LSU Athletics, Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana, Angels of Epilepsy, Our Lady of the Lake, and The Neuromedical Center Clinic to create a night of awareness and safety training here in LSU’s Tiger Stadium Lawton room this past Thursday on the 22nd.

BREAKING NEWSA power outage was reported Wednesday afternoon to affect multiple areas on LSU campus, including Tiger Stadium, Hodges, and the Journalism building. Surrounding buildings were affected for a brief moment, but no other buildings were reported of losing power. Lights on Highland and South Stadium Drive also seem to have been down.

Being an undergraduate student can be stressful itself, but having to balance school, work, and a personal life can take a toll on a student. With the cost of living and tuition rising over the years, there had been an increase in the amount of students employed, while enrolled in university. This increase in works seems to be directly linked to increased mental health issues.

It was a picture-perfect scene for a thriller with major playoff implications at stake. A thriller, it was not. Alabama jumped out to an early lead and never relinquished it to LSU. The Tide rolled over the Tigers, walking out of Death Valley with a 42-13 win.

Coming off a second loss against Texas A&M, LSU's matchup against Alabama is now this is a do or die game. There is more than just bragging rights at stake. The winner of this game is right back in the mix for the SEC title, and keeps their College Football Playoff hopes alive for another week. For the Tigers, this is going to have to be a cleaner, more complete game in every phase: offense defense and special teams. In order to do that, a few things need to happen.
