Florida State University is telling students and staff on its Tallahassee campus to shelter in place. Police are responding to an active shooter call at the Student Union. The school releasing an Emergency Message on social media saying, "lock and stay away from all doors and windows and be prepared to take additional protective measures."Florida Department of Law Enforcement saying it is actively engaged in the incident on the campus. Leon County Schools nearby are on lockdown.

A man named Edward Cocaine attacked workers at a Subway restaurant. Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey stated that Cocaine and a entered the restaurant and argued with employees. “If I’m a betting man, I would guess they didn’t like the fact that the footlong wasn’t $5 anymore,” Ivey captioned in a Facebook post. Cocaine was accused of going behind the counter, to push an employee and threaten them with a knife. His friend restrained him and convinced him to leave the restaurant.

Stevie Nicks is hitting the road this summer!The solo shows are going to coincide with her stadium concerts with Billy Joel that starts in August. The new shows will run through October, with a pair of concerts with Joel after that. Stevie's upcoming shows begin on August 12th in Boston, and she will play a half-dozen dates over the next two months in Tornoto and Tampa amongst other cities before wrapping up in Oklahoma City.

Today’s teens seem to not want to drive. Nearly 40 percent of teens delayed getting their license by two years, and 30 percent delayed by more than two years. A 2020 study led by Dr. Federico Vaca, professor and executive vice chair of the department of emergency medicine at the University of California Irvine Medical School, says that this trend continued over the last 20 years.
