    Guess what? I’ve been quietly working on something that feels a bit tender to say out loud:I’m writing a book! It’s called Yoga for Tired People. Same name as this space—but the book is becoming its own thing. It’s not a how-to. More like a soft collection of stories and reflections from the edges of burnout,and the slow, quiet ways I’ve been finding my way through. As someone who’s dyslexic, this feels like kind of a big deal. It probably won’t be very long (because I get tired too).
