Now that was fast. A surveillance camera screenshot was put out to the public, and Billings Police very quickly found the kidnapping and stolen vehicle suspect...and the children...unharmed. A report came in Sunday morning, prompting officers to respond to the 1100 block of 1st Ave N regarding a kidnapping and stolen vehicle call. According to the Billings Police Department, "the victim reported his vehicle containing his 2 year old and 3 mon old baby had been stolen with them in it.
