A federal appeals court just decided that Tesla can lawfully ban its employees from wearing pro-UAW shirts at work. The ruling reverses an earlier decision by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and puts to bed an issue that started back in 2017. Employees still have at least one way to show support for the union at work though. Back in 2017, the UAW was pressing hard to organize employees at Tesla’s California factories.
