A tour company helicopter tumbled out of the sky over New York City on Thursday, April 10, eyewitnesses said — describing the scene as the craft slammed into the water of the Hudson River, killing all six people on board. "Literally I just see a helicopter splitting in two with the rotor flying off in the sky," one witness, who was running along the riverbank, told WABC, referring to the blades atop the craft that give it lift. "It was going so fast," he said.
