A number of US-based multinationals – such as GoldmanSachs, McDonald's and Disney – have reportedly rolledback on their diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programmes byabandoning diversity targets or reframing their policies morebroadly around "inclusion" rather than diversity. Thisfollows a series of executive orders in the US which reverse DEIprogrammes in federal government. Quite how far this will impactdiversity programmes in the UK remains unclear.
