With more than three weeks of the National Cherry Blossom Festival over, the city turns to other celebrations of spring. Get outside during National Park Week; bring the kids to an Easter brunch; or observe Earth Day at parties, exercise classes and art workshops. Elsewhere, the Washington Nationals get their season underway, and bars and restaurants open early to celebrate. The closing days of Women’s History Month bring walking tours, musical performances, DJs and a costume party.
