Bristol Airport has been crowned among the top 3 worst UK airports for summer flight delays and cancellations in 2025. The study was conducted by data collection experts SOAX, who analysed data on flight cancellations and delays from May to August between 2022 and 2024 for 25 UK airports based on Civil Aviation Authority reports. Each airport was assigned an index score between 0 and 10, with 10 being the least reliable.

An exciting new rock climbing facility will replace a former Wilko store that closed at the end of 2023. The Climbing Hangar announced it will be opening its first Bristol venue at the disused Wilko store on Union Street, next to Subway, KFC and Roxy Lanes.
