I am retiring from daily journalism after nearly 40 years of reporting and editing. The Free Press is refreshing our lineup in our print and eNewspaper, offering up some new comics along with longstanding favorites. We don’t make these kinds of changes lightly. We know that comics are an important part of the experience we offer. We make these changes after surveying our readers and listening to what they have to say. Starting on Oct. 2, the updated package of comics will bring fresh voices to our comics page along with familiar faces.
