In less than a month, you need a REAL ID for all flights in the U.S. State and federal officials are encouraging people to apply as soon as possible. All states, the District of Columbia, and the five U.S. territories are REAL ID compliant and issuing REAL ID compliant driver's licenses and IDs. However, Jessia Mayle from the TSA says not everyone needs to get a REAL ID.

The president of the Minnesota Farmers Union says they are continuing town hall meetings for farmers dealing with higher tariffs put into place by the Trump administration. Gary Wertish told Vineeta Sawkar on the WCCO Morning News Monday that the tariffs come at a very bad time for farmers. "The soybean market, for example, took a big hit on last Friday," Wertish says. "You know when it opened and when the president put his tariffs on, I believe Thursday. So we're in a bad price situation already.

The co-owner of the popular Blue Plate Group restaurants in the Twin Cities was killed in a weekend traffic crash in Wisconsin. Officials say David Burley died Sunday in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 94 westbound in St. Croix County. All Blue Plate restaurants are closed Monday in remembrance of Burley, who opened the spots after working with his ex-wife Stephanie Shimp in the 1990's. In a statement, Shimp says Burley's death is heartbreaking.

During the final sweet moments of UConn's 12th national title, Geno Auriemma and Paige Bueckers embraced after the star guard departed her final game with the Huskies. It was the moment they wanted all along. Paige Bueckers of Hopkins ended her college basketball career the way she wanted - playing for the national champions. The Hopkins, Minnesota native scored 17 points Sunday to help UConn beat South Carolina in the women's tournament final.

I have heard about a half-dozen times the #womensbasketballfinal4 announcers saying this is the fourth meeting between Texas and USC. Not one has relayed the results... but I did look it up (2-1 USC)
