Over 500 people searching Sunday for a missing and well loved bartender in Anoka. 40-year old Brandon Stott was last seen Tuesday at 201 Tavern Beer Garden and Grill. He did not show up for work two days later according to Anoka Police Chief Andy Youngquist. "You're seeing the outpouring, for the fact that he was a staple in our downtown business district here in Anoka, where we have a social district, and many people have popped into his establishment that he works at," says Youngquist.

The president of the Minnesota Farmers Union says they are continuing town hall meetings for farmers dealing with higher tariffs put into place by the Trump administration. Gary Wertish told Vineeta Sawkar on the WCCO Morning News Monday that the tariffs come at a very bad time for farmers. "The soybean market, for example, took a big hit on last Friday," Wertish says. "You know when it opened and when the president put his tariffs on, I believe Thursday. So we're in a bad price situation already.

A major road construction project is expected to snarl traffic in the heart of the Twin Cities this weekend. The bridge maintenance and repair work is taking place on Interstate 94 from Saint Paul across the Mississippi River to Minneapolis, squeezing all traffic into two lanes in each direction. It's going to be more difficult this weekend, with all eastbound lanes of 94 shut down between 35-W and Franklin. "You have to work on your house every year," says MnDOT's Kent Barnard.

Tickets for the Minnesota State Fair's "Kickoff to Summer" go on sale this Friday. The fifth annual event takes place over four days. It is a trimmed down version of the Great Minnesota Get Together, taking place May 22nd through the 25th. It includes food, music, shopping and free parking, but unlike the actual State Fair, attendance is limited each day so attendees have more room to move around.

It looks like the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx franchises will "officially" have new owners. Longtime Wolves-Lynx owner Glen Taylor - after a year's long battle - will agree to complete the full ownership sale to Alex Rodriguez and Marc Lore. Taylor has decided not to appeal after Minnesota arbitrators that ruled in favor of the Lore-Rodriguez group in February and that the NBA will now start the transfer process.
