A man was arrested on Thursday morning after an allegedly stolen car was driven through the busy centre just after 4pm on Wednesday, sending shoppers scurrying and triggering the second lockdown in a month. The driver of the Toyota Landcruiser allegedly rammed the car through bollards and sped through the centre about 4pm in a bid to evade police. Witness Liz, who did not give her last name, told ABC radio that she was right near the entrance when the car entered the busy centre.
