On September 26, 2024, the New Jersey Legislature passed Senate Bill 2310 (S2310), which will require transparency about compensation and benefits in internal and external postings of promotion opportunities, job listings, and transfer opportunities. If, as expected, Governor Phil Murphy signs the bill into law, the act will become effective seven months after his approval.
