The Connecticut real estate market stayed resilient in April amid a roller-coaster stock market, with sales down only slightly from a year earlier and larger numbers of new listings hitting many cities and towns statewide for buyers to consider. Home sales dropped 2.6% from April 2024 to about 2,470 transactions last month, but sales remain up 1.1% from the first four months of 2024, according to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties based in Wallingford.
