Why it matters: The Iberian Pig is the first tenant announced for 110 East, South End's 23-story office tower that finished construction in March 2024. Near the East/West light rail station, the building has more than 5,800 square feet of ground-floor retail. The Charlotte Ledger first reported the opening.
