They set aside Wednesday and Friday.

    LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — A Nelson County judge has denied bond for the second time to Katelynn Hipes, the woman charged with killing a man in April, according to the Nelson County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. In May, a general district court judge initially denied Hipes bond, but her attorneys appealed the decision. During today's court proceedings, a friend of Hipes testified that he was on a FaceTime call with Kevin Small when Hipes allegedly dropped the phone.
