A man was arrested Thursday evening in connection with an attempted sexual assault that occurred in the women’s restroom at the Payson Walmart. Paving work is now underway on Airport Road, marking a major step in the ongoing reconstruction project that began in April — and bringing with it daily traffic delays of 20 to 30 minutes. Crews began paving Monday morning, June 2, and will continue through Friday, June 6, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
