Attorney General Russell Coleman’s Violent Crime Reduction Team is getting results, including dozens of indictments and its first conviction. “We're going after trigger-pullers in the city of Louisville,” said Coleman. The team, created to curb violence in the metro, is also nabbing violent offenders before they pull the trigger. Demarcus Allen, 51, is their first conviction since VRT was formed last October.
