BRIDGEPORT, CT — A 25-year-old Bridgeport man was sentenced Thursday to more than 15 years in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for his role in a violent street gang that was responsible for multiple shootings and drug trafficking in the city, according to Acting U.S. Attorney Marc H. Silverman, and local and state authorities. Jahaz Langston, also known as "Haz," was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Bridgeport by U.S. District Judge Kari A. Dooley.
