    A newly renovated beach house in Point Lookout is on the market for $2.5 million. Taxes are $15,476. Built in 1935, the house underwent a renovation that started in 2022 and was completed last year, said listing agent Martin Sorrentino, of Signature Premier Properties. He is co-listing the property with Lynn Karp. Some of the updates include new electric, plumbing, insulation and a revamped second floor, Sorrentino added.     There are still several units for sale in The Boardwalk condominium in Long Beach, as the listing agents prepare for its first summer since construction was completed. The condos first hit the market in July 2023. There are 192 units total, with more than 50% already sold, said Glen Fox, of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. "Geographically, I think it's located in one of the best spots on [Fire Island]," said listing agent Nathaniel Larson, of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty.
