Washington has a preliminary damage estimate of $34 million, which is likely to increase as the state continues to update its information. The man, S.M.W., won in his millions in late March when he decided to visit the 76 gas station located at 19611 Alderwood Mall Parkway in Lynnwood to buy a few lottery tickets. His initial plan was to purchase one of the Scratch tickets, but luckily for him, the one he wanted was sold out.
