The United States Department of Agriculture has released the names of the five Connecticut farms that received meat from a Massachusetts slaughterhouse linked to a multistate e.coli outbreak. This weekend, the Connecticut Department of Public Health and United States Department of Agriculture announced Massachusetts-based Adams’ Slaughterhouse was recalling veal, bison and beef products that tested positive for E. coli and have sickened seven people in four states, including two in Connecticut.

BRIDGEPORT - CT State Community College Housatonic held its commencement ceremony Friday morning, graduating and celebrating the accomplishments of 367 students. The ceremony took place at the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater, 500 Broad St. John Maduko, president of CT State Community College system, spoke at the ceremony, as did others, including Bridgeport native and Housatonic alumna Sharmare Gerry Holmes. Holmes is the manager of community relations for the WNBA's Connecticut Sun.

After we saw the Haunted Mansion movie, my girls decided Danny DeVito is hilarious. So I found this audiobook, a sequel to The One And Only Ivan, narrated by Ivan's canine buddy Bob. DeVito reads the book and I now vote for him to narrate all audiobooks. https://t.co/761l3zKv0m

So Justified City Primeaval made me sit through almost eight episodes of a show that was just ok, only to give me the show I really wanted in the last 10 minutes? I feel played.
