(Lander, WY) – With a current push-pull weight of 1250lbs in the 100-kilo class (220 pounds), Lander resident Jason Hilger has now broken 10 records and moved to the level of professional powerlifter. Hilger went from local, state, western state championships, IPL Worlds, and now WRPF Professional Powerlifting. Completely skipping nationals. “I’m pretty much starting from the bottom up again,” he shared about joining the professional powerlifting platform.

(Lander, WY) – The Challenge for Charities (C4C) Races took place in the early morning hours of July 4 to kick off the holiday’s festivities. This annual event draws hundreds of participants to the area. Heading out first was the half marathon. The top three finishers for men and women are as follows. Men: Mason Gilbertson, Robby Lee & Diego LobatosWomen: Izzy Marshall, Allysa Drinkle & Brooke Ortel Next up was the 5k Competitive Run.

(Lander, WY) – Take me out to the ball game this weekend at Lander’s City Park for the Lander Legends’ last home game against Cody. The games are on Saturday, July 13, at 1 and 3 p.m.County 10 shared earlier this month that the Legends have earned their spot at the State Tournament in Lovell, WY. The tournament will be July 18-21. The schedule has not been released yet. As the Legends prepare for this exciting event, they are reaching out to the community for support.
