COLUMBUS, Ohio (CBF) — The Columbus Regional Airport Authority this week authorized a ground lease with Anduril Industries Inc. for 75 acres of land on the south airfield at Rickenbacker International Airport. Anduril plans to use the land to facilitate the development of aircraft hangar facilities, an aircraft parking ramp and related improvements, according to the resolution. The lease outlines a primary term of 50 years, with five, five-year options to renew.

Ohio State University Trustees this week approved the establishment of a university-owned captive insurance company. Vermont-based Great River Insurance will serve to "insure certain risks of the university, subsidiaries or affiliated entities," according to a statement from Ben Johnson, OSU assistant vice president of media and public relations.
