    COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Columbus residents have voted on which of three candidates will face off this November for a City Council seat. In unofficial results in the primary election, Jesse Vogel and Tiara Ross will meet again on November’s ballot to fill council’s District 7 seat after topping Kate Curry-Da-Souza on Tuesday. District 7 encompasses most of the city’s central neighborhoods and Downtown. All of the city’s residents, not just those residing in District 7, were able to vote on the race.
