US President Donald Trump has singled out Australian beef as he outlined his latest round of tariffs. Australia will be subject to a baseline 10 per cent reciprocal tariff and, while signalling big impacts on Australian beef, the president is yet to detail just how large the tariff will be. "Australia bans — and they're wonderful people, and wonderful everything — but they ban American beef. "Yet we imported $[US]3 billion [$4.8 billion] of Australian beef from them just last year alone.
