Over 1.4 million children in Adamawa State are set to receive polio immunization as the state launches a four-day campaign. A total of 1,405,881 children aged 0-59 months will benefit from the exercise, which is scheduled to take place from April 26 to 29, 2025. The Adamawa State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (ASPHCDA) has secured 1,443,300 doses of polio vaccine for the campaign, which will be carried out across all 226 political wards in the state.
