That's according to Serfass Construction, the new owner of 101 S. 3rd St. "We have a large redevelopment plan for the site," said Kevin Serfass, one of the company's principal partners. "It's something that I think will be a very exciting opportunity for Easton and the Lehigh Valley overall."The company isn't quite ready to talk details yet, but teases a project that would be a first for the Lehigh Valley.

BETHLEHEM, Pa.- OraSure Technologies (OTI) continues to struggle in a post-pandemic world, but the Bethlehem-based maker of home diagnostic tests and sample management solutions is finding reasons to stay positive. The company reported its first quarter 2025 financial results on Thursday. Total net revenues decreased 45% to $29.9 million from $54.1 million in the first quarter of 2024. OTI attributed the loss primarily due to a decline in COVID-19 revenues, which decreased 98% year-over-year.

GREENWICH TWP., N.J.- A heated debate over whether a big building will get the green light to go up in a rural section of Greenwich Township will pick up again on Thursday. The township's Land Use Board is scheduled to discuss what is known as the Tinsley Application. This will mark the third such meeting on the plans since March. The township, anticipating another big crowd, is holding the meeting at the Greenwich Township Elementary School.
