HONESDALE, Pa. — Friday's heavy rain is causing more trouble in Honesdale as more water is pouring down Vine Street, bringing back flood conditions. Crews are out filling in the embankment next to St. John's Church that collapsed during Tuesday's strong storms. The borough manager tells Newswatch 16 they hope to prevent any more of that embankment from collapsing. There are also some spots, such as on 4th Street in Honesdale, where water is collecting and starting to flood.
