Chamberlain Hrdlicka is moving its Atlanta office to Midtown's 999 Peachtree building, according to CBRE, which represented the law firm in its search. It will leave Downtown’s 191 Peachtree building, where it has been for 27 years.

Ogletree Deakins, which specializes in labor and employment law, is taking a floor at the 55-story Bank of America Plaza. It leased roughly 24,000 square feet for its Atlanta office, according to landlord CP Group. The law firm is relocating from Downtown’s 191 Peachtree building.

The 101 Marietta St. tower is for sale, according to online marketing materials. The 675,000-square-foot building overlooks Centennial Yards, Downtown’s largest redevelopment effort where new apartment and hotel towers are now rising from the Gulch.
