A lawsuit filed on Dec. 19 in the Los Angeles Superior Court alleges that Beverly Hills fertility specialist, Hal Danzer, M.D., impregnated a woman with a stranger’s sperm rather than her husband’s sperm without the couple’s consent. The woman gave birth to twin girls but did not discover until this year that her husband had no biological relationship with them. The twins are now in their late 30s.
Courier Wins Two National Awards

Beverly Hills Courier publisher and writer Lisa Friedman Bloch and Arts and Entertainment writer Neely Swanson were both honored with third-place awards at the 17th Annual National Arts & Entertainment Journalism Awards.
