Quinoline and its derivatives, as an important class of compounds and skeletons, have been widely used in pharmaceuticals, herbicides, dyes, etc., such as Montelukast, Quinine, Bedaquiline and Chloroquine (Fig. 1) [1]. In the past few decades, to enrich such quinoline skeletons, innumerable classical strategies have been reported, such as the Skraup reaction [2], Doebner−Miller reaction [3], Friedlander reaction [4] and Povarov reaction [5].

Ci sono quattro computer collegati in LAN e sto giocando a Quake 2 in multiplayer con un gruppo di amici. L'esperienza è un fulmine di adrenalina, incredibile. Rimango folgorato. Nelle sere successive torniamo lì a giocare, più e più volte. Non posso fare finta di niente, qualcosa è scattato in me. Sento forte l'incontenibile bisogno di condividere quell'esperienza con quante più persone possibili. Il mondo non può ignorare il multiplayer, nuova frontiera del divertimento elettronico.
