MethodsThe methods align with PROGnosis RESearch Strategy recommendations,7 and the study is reported according to the Transparent Reporting of a multivariable prediction model for Individual Prognosis or Diagnosis guidance.10 A patient advisory group (PAG) contributed to this study, including selecting predictors, definition of outcome, target patient population and clinical application. The study was registered prospectively (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT04666662).

On July 19, 2024, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) voluntarily dismissed its appeal of a federal district court’s decision vacating the NLRB’s 2023 joint employer final rule. After the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas ruled against implementation of the final rule on February 26, 2024, the NLRB filed a notice of appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on May 7, 2024.

Over the past several days, major cocoa grinding regions have released their Q4 grindings statistics. While Asian grindings were slightly below expectations, down 8.5% y-o-y in Q4, European and North American grindings figures were above industry estimates. Source: NCA, ECA, CAAEuropean cocoa grindings in Q4 fell 2.5% y-o-y, slightly above industry expectations, whilst North American cocoa grindings fell just 2.95% y-o-y, well above most industry expectations in the -6% to -10% range.
