St. Cloud, which is now 5-0 against CLC teams, pounded out 15 hits in the victory and took advantage of six errors from the Otters (0-5).

    DETROIT LAKES โ€” The Sartell and St. Cloud Crush girls golf teams finished in a tie for fifth place at a Central Lakes Conference meet on Monday, April 21, at Detroit Lakes Country Club. The Sabres and Crush both had team scores of 374. Detroit Lakes won with an impressive round of 212. Sauk Rapids-Rice took seventh with a 404. Detroit Lakes is the defending Class 2A state champ.

Abby Storms went 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI for the Spartans (2-2), Sophia Hess went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI, Jessica Boos had a double and three RBI, Sam Sufka doubled and Aubrey Berger had a pinch hit RBI single.
