AbstractAdoptive transfer of neoantigen-reactive T lymphocytes mediates potent responses against solid tumors in patients while often limiting toxicity to normal tissues; however, the mechanisms governing the trafficking, activation, and superior antitumor function of infused T cells remain unknown. Using a clinically relevant TCR-transgenic T cell therapy model, we examined CD8 T cell responses to melanoma expressing either wild-type or mutated antigen.

Over the last few weeks, the Roaring Fork Schools Board of Directors completed the first of two school visits to each of the 14 schools the district serves. During these visits, directors reviewed student achievement and growth data, school performance frameworks, and school improvement plans. We celebrated successes, learned about challenges, and discussed student and staff needs. We also visited classrooms.

The Roaring Fork Schools are deeply committed to strengthening partnerships with parents, families, and community members in support of student achievement, well-being, and school and district accountability. There are many opportunities for families to engage but the most impactful partnerships in support of student achievement and well-being are the 1:1 conversations that happen between classroom teachers and parents/guardians about their children.

In Colorado public school systems after students have settled back into routines and rhythms of the new school year, district administrators, school leaders, and teachers turn their attention to student, school, and district performance data. Each fall, we receive student data from the year before (yes, the lag on receiving that data is frustrating) and begin analysis to understand where students are individually and as part of the larger public school system.
