AbstractAdoptive transfer of neoantigen-reactive T lymphocytes mediates potent responses against solid tumors in patients while often limiting toxicity to normal tissues; however, the mechanisms governing the trafficking, activation, and superior antitumor function of infused T cells remain unknown. Using a clinically relevant TCR-transgenic T cell therapy model, we examined CD8 T cell responses to melanoma expressing either wild-type or mutated antigen.

The conclusion of March Madness on April 8th presented a phenomenal achievement in women’s history– for the first time, the women’s NCAA final had a higher viewership than the men’s, racking in a record-breaking average of 18.9 million viewers in contrast to the men’s 14.8 average. The NCAA final was the most-watched women’s college basketball game in history and the second most-watched non-Olympic women’s sporting event in US television history.

This February there were a few big movie releases that made a lot of noise in the media, and some great flicks that flew under the radar as well. With the long-anticipated releases of Argylle and Madame Web, this month in cinema had a lot to deliver. Although the product was somewhat of a mixed bag, there was something good for everyone. All in all, I watched 9 new films released in February, and here is how I would rank them:9.

January was somewhat of a dry month for film releases as many of the big blockbusters were released before the holidays. The theaters were also packed with re-releases of all the Oscar-nominated films that were released to theaters in 2023 but had limited runs, as well as some of the extremely popular films that people wanted to watch over and over again. Despite the small quantity of fresh films, there were still a few quality gems that stuck out.
