    It got just a smidge warmer in New York this week, so much so that Wednesday morning I forced myself and the dog out for one of our Grumpy Little Walks. (To be clear, the dog is never grumpy about this idea!) And I am disgusted to report, once again, that going outside and moving your body makes everything feel better.
