    April 14Theft by false pretenses: A Saratoga resident reported that someone sent them a phishing scam email, acted as federal agents and ultimately convinced the victim to provide cash in person on two separate occasions to two different suspects. Both suspects collected the money from the victim at their residence in the 12000 block of Miller Avenue, for a total loss of about $90,500.
