A Georgia pastor who once headed up a city of Savannah program to curb gun violence has been arrested for a second time. (Video above: Morning headlines from WYFF News 4) George Perry Lee, 50, was arrested by Tybee Island Police around 4 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 80. According to jail records, he was charged with possession of controlled substances including mushrooms, MDMA, THC oil and marijuana.

Update 4:27 p.m.: Police were called shortly before 4 p.m. The building has been evacuated.Initial report: WJCL has a crew on site as a crisis situation is unfolding at the Amazon distribution center in Pooler.It's located on Pine Meadow Drive, along I-16.The Savannah Police Behavioral Health Unit has responded to the facility for a person who is reportedly suicidal.There are reports of people fleeing the building. No injuries have been reported.This is a developing situation.

Savannah Police are investigating a shooting in Hitch Village that sent a man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.Officers responded to a ShotSpotter call around 10:30 p.m. in the 200 block of McAllister St. near Colbert St. and found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound.The victim was taken to Memorial Hospital for treatment and as of Tuesday morning he was still alive, police said.His name has not been released but police say he is a 34-year-old male.The circumstances...
