We are excited to announce that Eric Rabinowitz is joining the Graphics department on Monday as a graphics developer for publishing and storytelling tools. Eric joined The Times in 2021, and comes to us from the Messaging and Personalization product team. There, he worked as a senior software engineer focused on newsletter tooling, building software to allow for the creation of expressive visual templates and themes.

We are excited to announce that Junho Lee is joining the Graphics desk as a graphics editor focused on 3-D modeling and visualization. Junho is a trained architect joining us from Rockwell Group, an architecture and design firm, where he analyzed data to help people understand how spaces are utilized. Previously, he worked as a design technology specialist at the architecture company Gensler, where he created 3-D visualizations and built tools for spatial simulations.

We are happy to announce that Joe Ward has been promoted to senior staff editor in Graphics. The new title formalizes a position that Joe has been carving out since 2020 when he began working to get more graphics-driven stories on social media. He has worked with the Social and Social Visuals teams to create visual posts for platforms like Twitter and Instagram. Most recently he has been helping to transform our longer visual storytelling into some of our most engaging short videos on TikTok.
