Security video from a Hobe Sound restaurant, Harry and the Natives, shows a man in the restaurant dining room, unplugging a refrigerator and moving chairs and tables.

Budensiek said it happened around 4:30 a.m. Monday, when the restaurant was closed.

A local neurosurgeon said the brain disorder that’s forced music legend Billy Joel to cancel upcoming tour dates is very treatable. The “Piano Man” stunned fans when he posted on social media that he had been diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus. Dr. Warren Selman said it means excess fluid is building around Joel’s brain. “It’s kind of like your bathtub,” Selman said. “If you’re constantly letting water in but not letting it out, it’ll build up and overflow.
