Srinagar, May 03: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially announced the dates for eligible candidates of the 10th and 12th grade Annual Examination Session (Regular) 2025 who wish to obtain photocopies of their answer scripts and request re-evaluation. Applications can be submitted through the official website starting May 5, 2025.

Srinagar, Apr 30: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Wednesday announced the results for the Class 12 Annual Regular 2025 examinations, with an overall pass percentage of 74.83%. Out of 103,308 students who appeared for the exam, 77,311 successfully passed. As in previous years, girls outshined boys, securing a pass percentage of 77.72%, compared to 71.95% among boys. A total of 51,717 male candidates appeared, with 37,214 passing the exam.

Srinagar, Apr 29: In a bid to reduce the physical and mental burden on students, the Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) has directed all schools in the Jammu Division to implement the National School Bag Policy, 2020, with immediate effect. According to an official circular issued by the DSEJ, schools must ensure that the weight of school bags adheres to specified limits for each grade level.

Budgam, Apr 29: At least 11 security personnel were injured on Tuesday after a CRPF vehicle skidded off the road near Tangnar area of Doodhpathri. A Police official told Rising Kashmir that at least nine CRPF personal and two SOG men were injured in the accident which occurred in the Tangnar area of Doodhpathri "All the injured personnel are in stable condition. They have been Shifted to Army hospital in Srinagar where they are receiving treatment," he said.
