HAJIN: The Municipal Committee Hajin on Saturday issued a formal order imposing a complete ban on the use of animal-pulled carts in congested areas falling under its jurisdiction. The directive, issued by the Executive Officer MC Hajin, comes in compliance with the recommendations made during the 8th UT Level Implementation and Monitoring Committee meeting. The ban has also been endorsed by the Director, Urban Local Bodies Kashmir, under order No. DULB/G/7593575/2025 dated 10-06-2025.
