    BRAWLEY — The Brawley City Council plans to establish on Tuesday an alternate workweek policy for certain employees. Human Resources Administrator Shirley Bonillas wrote in a report to the council that the city is one of the few public agencies that does not offer the alternate work schedule commonly referred to as the 9/80 schedule, which incorporates four nine-hour days from Monday through Thursday and an eight hour day every other Friday with an alternating Friday off.
