Arturo is another of the wonderful people I’ve crossed paths with on Medium, but this is the first time we had the opportunity to sit down and chat. I just have to say I really appreciate this aspect of Substack. It’s so fun to take some time getting to know all the writers who have been in my sphere for many years. On Tuesday, President Joe Biden sent the House of Representatives a communication regarding Cuba. The message, titled “Certification of Rescission of Cuba’s Designation asa State Sponsor of Terrorism,” was meant to inform Congress of the president’s decision to remove Cuba from the list of State Sponsors of Terrorism. This article wouldn’t be possible without generous paid subscribers.
