WEXFORD COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU) — Residents of Cadillac may soon see an increase in their water and sewer bills. The city hosted an open house to discuss a proposal that would raise water rates by 4.5 percent and sewer rates by 8 percent. This would result in a blended increase of approximately $3.67 per month, or about $44 annually. For the past 15 years, water rates have averaged a 3.2 percent increase, while sewer rates have averaged 2.7 percent.
