Construction on the new 514,000-square-foot development—in proximity to Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, the Arlington Museum of Art, the National Medal of Honor Museum, and AT&T Stadium—broke ground in October 2022. The first round of units was delivered earlier this year.
