LeasesOfficeGEICO has signed a lease for 165,000 square feet of office space at Galatyn Commons in North Dallas. The company will occupy all of Building B at the recently renovated campus. Frisco is one step closer to bringing Broadway programming to the northern sector of the region. This week, city officials approved an operator for a performing arts center that the city has been working for years to bring to fruition. The vision for the city’s performing arts center has gone through different iterations since voters first approved $10 million in bond funding for the project in 2015.

It would have been all too easy to create a Texas Rangers-themed multifamily development that leaned into a baseball identity with an overtly obvious style. That is not the case with One Rangers Way. Construction on the new 514,000-square-foot development—in proximity to Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, the Arlington Museum of Art, the National Medal of Honor Museum, and AT&T Stadium—broke ground in October 2022. The first round of units was delivered earlier this year.
